    ~Restore: Move In/Out cleaning that details every part of a home between residents. Everything included from the Refine plus more.

    ~Bespoke Concierge (à la carte): A deluxe, customizable package that encompasses aspects of refresh and refine but extends beyond just cleaning to address specific household needs.

The owner works on-site with a handpicked team, so quality is consistent. We value clear, concise communication and aim to exceed expectations on every single clean. We genuinely love cleaning and resetting homes. We offer discreet, thoughtful and meticulous cleaning for our select clientele. Unlike other cleaning companies, we do not charge for every little add-on; we include them in our rates.

If you have specific product preferences for your pets and children, we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Brands we frequently use are Attitude, Method, Mrs.Myers and EcoVert. We are open to suggestions, and we can use your products or ours! Just ask.

  • Yes, we are happy to clean when you are not home. In fact, we often work most efficiently when your not home so that we minimize disruption. Many of our clients love coming home to a freshly reset space. Whether your home or not, we work quietly and ensure detailed and polished results. We arrange safe secure entry and lock up, ensuring pets are safe and oven/stove is off.

  • At Elm & Oak we use a customized detailed checklist taylored to your specific needs, ensuring that every cleaning session covers exactly what was promised to you.

  • Payments are due upon completion of service. Same day payment is expected. We accept cash or etransfer.

    Deposits are placed for larger scope work suce as an initial deep clean or move in/out clean and will be discussed during booking. Generally, we ask that a 50% deposit is made before we arrive and that the balance paid after the work is complete, before we leave the site.

    Cancellations: We request 48 hour cancellation notice. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied, unless an extenuating circumstance has arisen.

  • We prepare a brief summary for you on what to expect from our service. We ask
