Dusting, mirror/glass polishing, wood & baseboard care.
Light tidy/reset of all rooms (bedrooms, den, mudroom, laundry, office, gym, theatre, bar, playroom).
Bedroom & living refresh: fresh bedding, upholstery vacuum (including under cushions), light furniture repositioning.
Special touches throughout, such as our Elm & Oak signature calming and restorative room fragrance and toilet paper origami.

Refresh: Maintenance Cleaning
Resolve is our intensive preparatory clean. Ideal for first-time or seasonal service, setting the baseline maintenance. Includes Refresh tasks plus detailed cleaning throughout. We move light furniture as needed to reach hidden dust and debris. We dedicate time to detailing your home.
Focus on the kitchen and baths, built-up accumulation is resolved on tiles, fixtures, faucets and drains.
Fixtures and surfaces in every room detailed.
Baseboards washed, walls spot treatment, and doors.
Floor and wall vents vacuumed and cleaned.
Inside windows and sills are detailed.

Resolve: Initial Deep Clean
Restore: Move In/Out Cleaning
Restore builds on Resolve with a full room-by-room restoration perfect for move-in/move-out cleans or a more in-depth detailing of your home.
Detailed cleaning of the inside and outside of all drawers, cupboards, closets, and pantries.
Deep degreasing and detailing of all appliance interiors and exteriors (dishwasher, oven/range, hood, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer).
Doors, walls (targeted clean with full wall as an additional option), light fixtures, and windows, including tracks and outside areas that are reachable, receive extra attention.
